In accordance with the requirements outlined in the Implementation Plan for Conducting Party Discipline Education Across the University, the School of Foreign Languages recently held an expanded Party Committee meeting to plan and deploy Party discipline education efforts. The meeting was attended by members of the Party Committee and secretaries of all Party branches, and was chaired by Party Committee Secretary Wang Jun.

To begin, Secretary Wang Jun introduced the background of the meeting, and emphasized the central leadership’s strong focus on strengthening Party discipline. He highlighted the key requirements in the Notice on Conducting Party Discipline Education Across the Party issued by the General Office of the Central Committee in April. Secretary Wang also conveyed the main points and spirit of the university’s meeting on Party discipline education held on the morning of April 15. Next, Secretary Wang provided detailed instructions based on the university’s Implementation Plan for Conducting Party Discipline Education Across the University. He stressed three key actions for Party branches: 1. Focus on Learning: Prioritize individual self-study and collective learning within Party branches. 2. Emphasize Practicality: Combine learning with self-reflection, dig deep to identify root causes of issues, and implement targeted rectifications. 3. Action-Oriented Approach: Integrate Party discipline education with branch development initiatives.

Finally, Secretary Wang outlined specific work requirements. He urged Party branch secretaries to promptly convene mobilization meetings within their branches, actively participate in Party discipline education activities organized by the school, and initiate relevant learning and practice activities tailored to branch contexts. He emphasized the importance of creating a strong atmosphere for learning and discipline.
