In the context of the complex and ever-changing job market, the school held an employment orientation meeting for graduate and undergraduate students on August 27 and September 3. The meeting aimed to provide guidance and assistance to students who were about to enter the workforce and to implement the school’s specific arrangements for employment.

On August 27, the graduate employment orientation meeting was held under the guidance of counselor Ma Shengbo. Counselor Ma provided a detailed analysis of the current employment situation, and discussed the opportunities and challenges faced by students of our school. He emphasized that graduates should fully leverage their language skills, actively expand their international perspective, and enhance their cross-cultural communication abilities to adapt to the global employment requirement. Additionally, aiming at specific directions such as applying for doctoral programs, taking civil service exams and teaching recruitment, Ma Shengbo shared detailed data and guidance from previous years, so as to help graduates establish a correct outlook on career choices.

On September 3, the undergraduate employment mobilization meeting was hosted by Wang Kun through an online platform. Wang encouraged students to proactively adapt to the new trends in job seeking, seize the prime time of job hunting during the golden September and silver October, and make good use of universitys resources like job fairs and employment services. Wang Kun also focused on analyzing the specific situation for the 2024 undergraduates pursuing further studies, providing guidance on school selection and review planning for students intending to pursue higher education in 2025.

Our school will continue to utilize our own resources to help graduates to improve their ability, rectify their employment attitudes, achieve a smooth transition from campus to the workplace, and ultimately realize the goal of full and high-quality employment.
