In order to deepen the integration of industry and education, strengthen cooperation between the university and enterprises, and promote high-quality employment for graduates, the school’s person in charge of the employment and teaching staff conducted in-depth exchanges with the two units regarding expanding employment channels and establishing internship platforms. The school carefully listened to and absorbed valuable suggestions from the companies regarding talent cultivation, gained a deeper understanding of the recruitment needs of language service enterprises. In the follow-up professional internship mobilization and campus recruitment, it will strengthen the connection between supply and demand, and selectively provide excellent talents to the enterprises, achieving resonance between the university and enterprises.

On-site negotiations for university-enterprise cooperation

With strong support from the school, the MTI Education Center organized students to participate in understanding practice at language service enterprises, aiming to further help students clarify job requirements, define development goals, understand career prospects, and enrich their job choices. This activity has broadened students’ horizons and deepened their understanding of translation and language service positions. In the future, the school will establish more university-enterprise cooperation platforms to provide students with efficient and precise services for internships and employment.
