IDEA-XJTU Tournament was held in Xi’an Jiaotong University from Dec.7th to 9th. Our debaters Zhong Jiayue, Wu Yuwei, Li Hui and Zhang Jiani won the second prize; Song Chenyao, Feng Guoqiang, Duan Beilei, Lu Ying, Zhang Han and Zhang Chengxiang won the third prize respectively. And Zhang Jiani was awarded as the “Best Debater”.
This competition is hosted by IDEA within the Debate Training lasted for 3 years in China. IDEA promotes English debate activity in Xi’an, Chengdu. Dalian, Nanning, Shanghai and Wuhan in succession, aiming at promoting the intellectual analysis education in China. 102 teams from different universities of Shaanxi, Ningxia, Gansu, Chongqing and other regions have participated in this competition.
