Sponsored by the Foreign Language Teaching and Research Press, co-organized by the Ministry of Education of Foreign Language Teaching Steering Committee and the English Major Education Steering Committee in Higher Institutes, the 11th FLTRP Cup National English Speaking Contest (Shaanxi Division semi-finals) was held in Xi 'an Air Force Engineering University on Nov. 10. Under the guidance of Tang Xiaohong, Deng Liping, the 2011 graduate in the School of Public Management, won the first prize in Shaanxi Province Division, and Tang Xiaohong won the first prize of Guidance. This is the best achievement for non-English major graduates winning the National English Speaking Contest, and it is also an important show for graduates revealing their abilities.
