In order to carry out the learning activities towards Pro. Hou, implement the spirit of the meeting of the National Teachers' Work, and improve the work of SFL, the Construction and Development Seminar of SFL was held successfully in Hua County in Oct. 27 and 28.
On the seminar, the directors of Party, Government, and Labor Union and other directors made a conclusion about the past jobs and exchanged the ideas about the future development. Participant teachers also put forward many good suggestions concerning the teaching, scientific research, personnel training, team building, student work and the College management. A lot of achievements have been made in recent years and the later work should focus on improving the teaching quality as well as discipline and team building. And the training program of young teachers should be regarded as a long-term work.
After the seminar, the SFL organized teachers to visit the Hua Zhou International Shadow Puppets Ecological Industrial Park and other places. This activity enhanced the unity and cohesion of the faculty and staff of the SFL.
