The fourth NPUEDL was hold in Xi’an Electrical and Technical University on 14th and 15th April. The team NWU 1 was awarded runner-up. 88 teams from 16 universities in Northwest Region participated in the contest. Nine debate teams including 18students participated in contest. The NWU1 team finally won the second place .The NWU5 team and the NWU4 team won the second place. In addition, Song Chenxiao, Wu yuwei and Lu Ying was accredited as the best debaters.
