Hosted by the Translators Association of China and the, Higher Education Press, co-hosted by the National MTI Education Steering Committee, the National Qualification of Translation (level) Test Center, the Chinese Translators Journal editorial department, and the China Translation and Publishing Corporation, undertaken by Translators association of Shaanxi province and Translators association of Shaanxi province training center, the First National Interpretation Contest was held in Xian. Prof. Hu and Prof. Gan Attended the First National Interpretation Contest as Judges and Gao Minna attended as Dialogue Interpretation guest.
