During the meeting, Vice Editor-in-Chief Qin Maosheng reviewed the history and scope of Xi'an Jiaotong University Press, clarifying its core mission of serving academic publishing for educators. He provided detailed insights into the press’s achievements and experiences in foreign language academic works and quality textbooks, expressing a vision for collaboration to enhance foreign language academic exchange and support educational development, thereby promoting the “internationalization” of Chinese scholarship.
