SFL Completes Academic Entrance Interviews for International Students and Sets Specialized Cultivation and Management Measures
Created Time:2026-07-01     Hit:

To standardize international student admissions and refine the cultivation and management of foreign students, SFL organized its 2026 academic entrance interviews on June 30, 2026. Fifteen applicants from Turkmenistan attended. Through personal statements and on-site Q&A, the interviews comprehensively assessed applicants’ language foundation and academic potential.

After the interviews, School leaders held a special meeting on the overall results and reached unified decisions on three core matters: admission plans, daily classroom management, and course assessment standards. First, admission and probationary study mechanisms will be flexibly designed to accommodate differences in students’ language foundations. Second, attendance and process-based assessment rules will be improved to strengthen daily classroom management. Third, academic evaluations will be conducted flexibly based on international students’ overall learning conditions and actual language proficiency, balancing assessment fairness with the suitability of talent cultivation.

SFL will compile the supporting management rules from the meeting and submit them to the International Exchange School. It will also prepare language tutoring courses for the probationary study stage and print standardized regular performance assessment forms for international students. These efforts will further improve the full-chain management system for international student admissions, teaching, and assessment, and, on the basis of attracting and cultivating international students, continue to promote the standardized and regulated development of SFL’s international student education and management.
