The other day, Prof. Gan Shian in name of Northwest University launched the project Scientific Thinking Cultivation and Pilot Campus Construction on Quality-oriented Education in Ethnic Groups, which was to be one of the key projects in the Ministry of Scientific and Technology, awarded project fund 200,000 Yuan. Prof. Gan Shi’an as the second sponsor launched the project Construction of Innovative Cultivation and Training Base on Undergraduate and Postgraduate, also to be one of the key projects in Ministry of Scientific and Technology and awarded project fund 200,000 Yuan.
